Product Details - The EV-C100 videocassette deck is an excellent choice for playing back and editing your Handycam camcorder videos. Hi8 recording delivers more than 400 lines of horizontal resolution, improved signal to noise ratio, and a video master that maintains higher image quality through multiple generations of editing and dubbing. AFM hi-fi stereo recording provides soundtracks with excellent fidelity and wide dynamic range - and there's a special Voice Boost audio system to bring out voices more clearly from background noise.

    This Hi8 VCR is 85% lighter than a VHS VCR, thus making it portable for daily use. I love it.
