When old 8mm camcorders die - get the Sony EVO 250

Posted by DrK on 12th Jun 2015

After trying two other 8MM devices I finally found the Sony EVO 250. It has a small footprint with easy setup and controls. All of the 8MM devices have to be refurbished since no new device is on the market. My other two devices just fell apart or never worked, but Porter Electronics did a great job of restoring the EVO that I have. It is quiet, feels like a new device, and works like a charm. I plan on looking to Porter Electronics for future purchases.
