AV Input
The reason I choose this VCR was the fact that according to the picture of the rear of the unit it had AV (R W Y) in and AV (R W Y ) out, this is not the case. It only has AV out , coax in and coax out. So far the picture and sound is very good. The only reason for 3 stars is the deceptive picture of inputs and outputs. The front of the unit is picture correctly .

This is a repeat order for me (to replace 3 other jvc vcr from Porters electronics).They are easy to use and have a long life (the other used ones lasted over three and a half years.)I am glad the products have remained available as I remain a VCR person. Problems are satisfactorily and professionally handled as well. I won't hesitate to order again!

Got exactly what I ordered
Shipping was delayed, but was satisfactorily explained. Product will be a spare for an identical JVC VCR which I purchased many years ago. I tried the one I received from Porter and it works fine although the digital display is slightly less than perfect. Good buy and glad I found it.

JVC VCR Review
Not many of us VCR users left out there, but when my old machine died, I bought this JVC. Got a great price and the product is very good. Records video and sound well and is fairly easy to use. I would buy this again.
