Work Horse
This is a great workhorse label printer for small businesses to print inventory tags or other small merchandise labels. I have installed four of these to date in my wife's small retail business, and they have printed thousands of labels. The direct thermal print option with these printers means you do not have to change any ink cartridges, ribbons or other consumable ink or toner supplies. Just find the right size label rolls, insert the labels and you are ready to go. The printers are compatible with the Windows operating systems; simple plug and play install via standard USB connection. These printers are also compatible with the Quickbooks Point of Sale (POS) software for consumer point of purchase computer systems. We had these installed for use with Quickbooks POS Pro V9 and recently upgraded to Quickbooks POS Pro V12 and the printers are still compatible.
